Some customers have been facing performance problems over the past couple of days.
Symptoms include:
We have found the root cause of the problem and implemented a fix - something was making the CPU shoot up to 100% for a bit - but it make take a bit more time before it reaches production. We're on it!

The issue should be fixed now.

The fix has made its way to production but not yet released on some AWS regions. We expect it to be fully rolled out by Monday.

we've been working on this for the past couple of days and found the root cause for this behaviour. Ironically, it was linked to a new library we're using to track UI performance metrics across Jira đ¤¨
