Mobile App: does not conduct Comment on Transition like desktop
Hello,
We currently use the comment on transition in which the comment box pops up when transitioning the issue to the next status. We require the assigned person to comment approval towards the next status. Then the issue is moved to the next status.
We have tested that the mobile app does not function the same way. When attempting to transition, we are prompted with a "please enter comment" with an "ok" button and nothing else.
The comment box does not open for the user to enter a comment. And if you enter a comment anyway, it is not tied to the transition.
I've confirmed that we are using the most updated ios version of the app.
Does anyone have any ideas, or if this is taken care of in another jira ticket?
