Starting Monday, 3/28 late in the day, 6:00 p.m. CST our users stopped receiving push notifications on IOS devices for Jira and Jira Service Management. Have an open issue for this, but curious if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
App has been uninstalled and reinstalled.
I was informed the issue was corrected overnight, but we are still having the problem, even after another uninstall, reinstall of the App.

We ended up having to uninstall the App and reinstall and that, paired with an update being backed off by Atlassian, seems to fix the issue.
I have been having this issue as well. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling. Thanks :-)
