Hello
I have new users that I would like to take over as management accounts. Unfortunately, I don't know how to do this. I can't find an option in Guard. Can you please help me, thank you
Ingo
The solution was ultimately quite simple. The user transfer was set to manual.
I have verified the domain and i have existing user with a e-mail from my domain marked als managed account. All is top!
Now i have three new user with an e-mail from my domain.
But this user are not in the view "managed user" and I can not add this user. All users are invited and now active too. I want to this three users managed too like the other 86 one
I can not add this users to any of my authentification policies.
I can not add this user to the managed accounts
I am searching the function, button,... with I can do this
Here the program does not find the user:
Here the user is active but not managed and there is no function to add the user.
Or do I have to take over all users again to make the three new ones managed accounts as well
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you have added/verified your domain, all users with that domain should automatically reflect in your managed accounts tab
https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/what-are-managed-accounts/
To view all the managed accounts for your organization:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Directory > Managed accounts.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
This step is done. Now I have new Users which should be managed account. But I can find no "button" to say "Hi, account you are a managed one."
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Please can you elaborate on what are you trying to achieve?
Once the domain has been verified the "Managed Accounts" tab lets you (Org Admin) manage the users Atlassian account i.e. the name, email, status etc.
Are you trying to achieve something other than this?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Thanks for the detailed explanation, from what you've mentioned can you try to Claim the account?
To claim all accounts:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
This step is different depending on your user management experience:
- Original: Select Directory > Domains.
- Centralized: Select Settings > Domains.
Select Claim accounts for a domain.
Select Claim accounts.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
The users which there are at this time, but I have new User

If the new user isn't in the Claim Accounts tab then I'd suggest raising a support ticket since it maybe a bug https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
