Dependencies in Jira Portfolio not showing other dependencies besides blocks links.

Hi there,

I came into this discussion and the work around doesn't work for me.  I tried to add "depends" as part of dependencies list, but only blocks link are shown up.  Even if I re-added it, it is not taken into dependencies report.

I also checked bug JPOCLOUD-1994 but it is still in progress and not sure if this is going to fix the problem with the dependencies list.

I really appreciate any advice, otherwise I would need to move all "depends" into "blocks"

Thanks in advance.

I have versions:

- Jira Portfolio 2.6.1

- Jira Server 6.4.5

I am experiencing the same problem here, as the dependency report is not showing the tickets.

Tried the work around and it worked once, in that, the dependency report showed the tickets but then it stop showing the tickets.

Any other tricks?

Hi @Eladio

There are couple open bugs :

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOCLOUD-1994?_ga=2.229959455.2062843779.1527179896-383084662.1524663268

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOCLOUD-2061

We need to follow-up them. Mean while, I should suggest you to only use "blocks" issue link for getting the proper dependencies report in portfolio.

Also you can add a comment regarding server version.

Let me know if this helps.

Regards.
