Is it possible to have one single Jira Align program with two separate Jira Projects integrated with it?
Currently I have one specific program which has a requirement to have two separate Jira projects.
One other item to consider: If you have many projects (and they all have to be in the same instance) it works best if they have the same workflow, issue types, issue attributes and so on. It makes it easier to manage when the projects follow the same scheme.
You certainly can make it work if every project has a different workflow, but it makes it trickier to configure and maintain.
You can look here for more recommended best practices.
All workflows and issue types etc. do have the same workflow for those connected to Jira Align. So that will work

The only limiter is that all projects need to be in the same instance of Jira to connect to the same program in Jira Align.
