Jira Align is not showing "Dates" and "Recommended Jira Align Sprint". How to fix it?

We have Jira Align and Jira integrated.

Jira Align is not showing "Dates" and "Recommended Jira Align Sprint" under (Administration->Jira Management->Jira Sprints); pls. refer the attachment. How to fix it? Although under drop-down, Jira Align Sprints are showing up.Screenshot.png

Hi @Vinay Sharma ! Great question and I have a few ideas...

  • If the sprint is showing up as a future sprint, and there are no closed or active sprints, Jira Align won't be able to map the sprint to an anchor (Jira Align uses the start/end dates of a closed / active sprint to project the dates for Future sprints). You either need to pull in additional, historic sprints (set Administration > Jira Settings > Jira Setup > Initial Sprint Start to a date back in time that will capture another sprint) or simply start the sprint in Jira with the dates that match up to the associated anchor sprint dates (or within the buffer). After the board syncs again it should associate itself with a recommended Jira Align Sprint
  • If you are expecting more sprints to show up on the board but are not seeing them, these sprints may exist on other boards. To check this go to Administration > Jira Management, find the board listed and change the Jira Sprints to Sync option to Sprints Created or Shared to Board. Then go to the Jira Sprints tab, select the board from the drop-down, and hit Sync Board Now to do a fresh pull of data.
  • You can also hit Resync Future Sprints to see if a fresh pull on the board might match the sprint with an anchor (this is less likely to work, but I've seen stranger things)

Hopefully this helps!

Mark
