Jira Align data extract from EI to On Prem Data Lake

Can someone help me with the process to extract data from Jira Align  EI and host it on On Prem database.

Issue we have currently as I can connect only through my IP address to the EI need to know the process to access the same from a server to run the extract jobs

Hello Kiran!

 

You will need to open a support ticket to provide the IP ranges that your company will use to connect to it. Also, if it's a job execution, would be better to ask also for the creation of a SQL user for a service account (you will need to provide the user name to be created).
