If a Story not competed in a Sprint & moved to a subsequent Sprint; Is it tagged with both Sprints?

We have Jira Align and Jira integrated. Using Jira at Team level and using Jira for creation/updating Stories and initiation/closure of Sprints.

If a Story not competed in a Sprint & moved to a subsequent Sprint; does it tagged with both Sprints in Jira Align similar to Jira?

Or is there a way to find in Jira Align if a Story or a defect not completed in the initially planned Sprint and moved to a subsequent Sprint; pls. suggest.

@Vinay Sharma Jira Align does not add sprints to team-level work items the same as Jira. It simply replaces. You could look in the Audit Log of that work item, but there is no supporting report to record the movement.

To add, when moving a story from one sprint to another in Jira, we do recommend that it is first moved to the backlog before moving it to the next sprint. Since Jira supports the adding of the sprint, the sprint may then not properly update on the work item in Jira Align. It may leave the original sprint and there will then be an out of sync between Jira and Jira Align.

Here is an article that talks about that.
