Ideation - Manage users gets Whoops

Hello all,, 

I have a client that has ideation working in our test Jira cloud environment, however in production when we select the  Manage Ideation Users we get the Whoops.

Any idea on what could be wrong?

Hi @Theresa Doris ! 

Manage Ideation Users (External Users) requires that the user have the ability to Add/Delete Products in Jira Align (not ideal if you're not using the product functionality, but unfortunately it is tied to that set of toggles). Check out this help page (second paragraph):

Note that if the user has the Super Admin system role they won't experience this issue (has to do with the specific hard coding of the Super Admin role in Jira Align).
