How can I disable Discussions for a user Role or for all the members or a Portfolio?

I would like to stop folks from commenting on Features, Stories, Tasks and Defects in Jira Align because most of the folks who would care about those discussion seldom log into Jira Align ...they work in Jira Software.  How can I achieve this?

Hi @Allan Maxwell

 

Discussions can only be enabled or disabled globally under: 

Administration -> Platform under Settings -> Program tab -> Enable Conversations to "Yes" or "No"
