Having trouble getting into Accenture test sandbox  -  I did have access to this sandbox however, I am not able to access the sandbox now.  I have worked with my admin to regain access but my password reset is not working.  Please help

Hi @Tara Ricard thanks for reaching out.

Typically, Atlassian Support for Jira Align is unable to provide any sort of user management services (e.g. user profile adjustments, access grants, etc) to end-users.

Please reach out to your Jira Align instance Administrator for assistance on that case.

If you happen to be the only instance Super Admin, or have already worked with them and found no solution, please log a support ticket and the Support team will be able to assist.
