Epic Process Step Change History

I am trying to find all the process step changes at the Epic level using the Audit log view in Jira Enterprise Insights but noticed that for some of the Epics all the changes are not recorded in the Audit log view

1.Can a process step be updated in JA without create a audit log record?

2.Any other table to get all the process step changes for a given Epic ?

@Kiran Yarlagadda The current_dw.Epic Process Step Assignment History table has the process step history for Epics.  The Assignment Start Date and Assignment End Date columns show when the Epic assigned to the process step. If you see a 9999-12-31 date in the Assignment End Date column that indicates that the Epic is currently in that process step.
