How do I delete users from Jira Align?

While you cannot delete users from Jira Align, you can modify the user account information in order to remove personally identifiable information from the application.  A Jira Align administrator can edit the user by following these steps:

1. Go to Administration > People and search for the user that you want to remove
2. Edit the user that needs to be removed and edit the following fields to remove the identity of the user.  For example, change the name to "DeletedUser1".
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email
   • Any other fields that contain unique or identifiable information
3. Save the changes
