Fix for Error Message: Window Size is Smaller than Minimum Requirements

Error Message:

Window size is smaller than minimum requirements

Description:

When navigating through the platform, the error message displays at the top of a page or modal

window size.png

Cause:

Running an unsupported browser window size

Fix:

  1. Set the browser to full screen
  2. Make sure you are not zoomed in on the screen
  3. Most importantly, make sure your browser is at least 1280 x 700, which is the minimum screen size

Good to see that kind of KB articles. Would be great to add this piece of information (about requirements) to the official Jira Align documentation. Maybe somewhere here - https://agilecrafthelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000152554-10X-Supported-Browsers ?

@Mirek Good advice. In the past we have talked about creating a Help Center article on common error messages...this just solidifies it for us. Thanks.

It would be great if there was an option to disable this warning. Showing up every time the page is loaded or resized is tiresome, especially since many users frequently use this in a window.
