Available today for Jira Align cloud customers with Enterprise Insights

We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new set of Enterprise Insights administration features. For Jira Align cloud customers who have Enterprise Insights, you now have the ability to self-manage set up, update firewall rules, and invite Microsoft Entra users to access your Enterprise Insights instance. Enterprise Insights administration is available to users with a Super Admin system role.

Previously, Enterprise Insights administration was done through Atlassian support, adding time to the process and limiting autonomy for Jira Align administrators

Enterprise Insights is a data mart for Jira Align that enables customers to extract data and use it within other third-party business intelligence platforms or with Atlassian Analytics. For customers with Cloud Enterprise Plans, Atlassian Analytics can merge data from Jira Align and other data sources to create powerful data visualizations that can be shared with stakeholders. Guided set up wizard to help you for faster and easier configuration

If you are setting up your Enterprise Insights instance for the first time, there is a set up wizard that walks you through and explains the process of setting up firewall rules to allowlist traffic from your corporate network and invite users that can access Enterprise Insights using Microsoft Entra authentication.

Manage and audit your existing firewall rules and users

The Enterprise Insights administration views give you the ability to manage and audit your existing firewall rules and Microsoft Entra users. You are able to add and delete firewall rules and users, search for firewall rules and users and view an audit log of all updates completed through the Enterprise Insights administration.
