How do I change the support email address?

Hi @Brittany Lee ,

you will not be able to change the domain name in default atlassian email id for the jira service desk project. If you looking for specific email id then you need to have custom email account like google , microsoft etc and same email id you can configure to  service desk project.

Please find below steps.

1. Navigate to service desk project and click on Project settings.

2. Click on Email Requests

3. Select Google and Provide credentials & Save it.
