Early access now open: Forms permissions

Thanks to all those that signed up to the JSM for HR EAP!

For those that signed up, we have today enabled a new feature that allows you to set permissions on your Forms

When you are building your form, or managing your list of forms, you can configure which users and groups will be able to view any new forms created or added to issues.

This allows you to protect sensitive information within the issue on a needs-to-know basis.

Control who can view certain forms on issues by giving specific users or groups access to them, whilst restricting access to all others. This is for the scenarios when you may still wish your organization to have full access to an issue, but reserve specific content to a restricted group of people. For example, you may have an ‘Employee Onboarding’ request raised that all agents in your company have access to, but the ‘Personal details' form is restricted to HR and the 'Bank details’ form is restricted to Payroll.

The main goal of this EAP program is to make sure this feature meets your needs, so we’d love to hear what you think once you’ve spent some time trying it out.If you need any help during this time, our support documentation should cover it, otherwise you can ask in the comments below.
