in Generating a private key scp admin@fqdn.com/fqdn.key command is not Working

Command is not working tried many times:

i'm trying to put the following command:

scp admin@hipchat.visionary.com/hipchat.visionary.com.key 

What i'm doing wrong, I'm a noob in this2016-09-02.png

Hi Ran, 

The period you see in Creating or Obtaining an SSL Key and Certificate is actually part of the command. 

The full command to run would be: 

scp admin@hipchat.visionary.com/hipchat.visionary.com.key .

I will update the page to make it clearer.

As you can see i made COPY PASTE didn't work

My apologies Ran, I see that you're using Putty so you're on Windows. 

In this case, you need to use pscp and run it from your machine and not from the server after connecting via Putty. 

Your key file would be under /home/admin on your server.

Here's a good article on How to Transfer Files Using PuTTY.

Dear Support

This doesn't still don't work this time around i make it directly to the VM machine and this is the results, just to let you know that previous Putty was a connection via SSH. i make the guide that you send me still didn't work either.
