Hello, Atlassian government community! In my Blog, on making the most of the recent Infrastructure Bill, I talked about how Enterprise Service Management (ESM) helps agencies save vast amounts of time with their internal service workflows. ESM is helping agencies automate or “self-servitize” processes that eat up employee time. Filling out forms, spreadsheets, answering calls, and more can all be handled with ESM. This helps make workplace services from all departments more efficient by freeing up staff and providing constituents with better, faster service. Jira is especially adept at this, and it’s helping agencies make the most of the $975B the IIJA has allocated for infrastructure improvements.

Are you seeing an ESM approach in your own Jira environment? If so, what are some ways you’re building efficiencies?
