"Summarize" button missing in code review

I have a completed code review, but am unable to see the summarize button at the top -- my only options are "Edit Details", "Abandon Review", "Share", and "Tools". Never had this happen before...

Please check how review workflow is configured for your project in Crucible (Administration > Projects). You should have the moderator role enabled. Check also if you have a permission granted to summarise a review.
