not able to login as adminin crucible

I tried to set the following and restarted crucible but still not able to login as admin

To reset the password to admin, please change the "admin-hash" value so that it appears as admin-hash="21232F297A57A5A743894A0E4A801FC3"

Restart Fisheye for this to take effect. You should now be able to access the FishEye Administration page with the password: admin.

Where do you try to log in ? This is a password reset for Admin principal so you need to go to the http://FISHEYE_URL/admin  and provide the password. Then you can reset/manage users in order to restore your access. Obviously, it's also recommended to change this admin principal password afterwards for security reasons.
