tried clearing the osgi-cache, but not successful. Not sure how to upload the log file.

Hi Robert,

If you're using SQL Server 2012, you're likely running into FE-5302.

This has been fixed in FishEye/Crucible 3.5.3 or you can use the following workaround:

Stop FishEye/Crucible
Edit $FISHEYE_INST/config.xml changing '<database type="sqlserver2012">' to '<database type="sqlserver2008">'
Start FishEye/Crucible
