integration between svn, jira and code review

Berny June 7, 2012

Our company workflow is:

- developer creates a svn patch and submit the svn patch to code review

- after the code review the developer commits the patch to the svn and automatically close the review and mark jira ticket as resolved (using svn post-commit hooks for code review app and jira ).

It is possible using OnDemand infrastructure to have the same flow?

I have seen that I can create a review with pre-commit patch in Crucible, but I didn't find a way to automatically close a review and a jira after a svn commit.

Thank you

Hi Berny

I think your answer is in here -

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Using+Smart+Commits

But what I don't know is if this is also supported in Atlassian OnDemand.

Try it and let us know! :)

If not - happy to help you with moving to direct managed hosting, where you still get 24x7 opps support, including upgrades, backups, monitoriing, etc. and also can install any plugin at http://marketplace.atlassian.com without restrictions - so, bonus. System migration effort included.

Happy to explain the options to you - email me if interested.

Best,

Ellen
