I wanted to enable smart commits. We have a hosted JIRA already with our code hosted on BitBucket.
How do I enable this? When I go to FishEye it looks like I have to download something but I wanted it hosted. Does Atlassian host it or we have to go to an external provider?

The smart commits is enabled already and linked to my BitBucket. We have a status called "Dev Done" and a status called "Open". How would we change the status of an issue from Open to Dev Done as per https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRACLOUD/Processing+JIRA+issues+with+commit+messages

If you already have Bitbucket directly linked to JIRA you can just enable smart commits for your Bitbucket repositories. Please refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Processing+JIRA+issues+with+commit+messages for further information and let me know if this is what you are looking for.
