You can use

{{monospaced text}}

or

{noformat}monospaced text{noformat}

Thanks Marek, but can you please help where should i be adding this? I am setting up this for first time. Thanks.

Your question is annotated with "This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using Wiki Markup in Crucible", thus I assumed that you're asking about code comments. Am I correct? If yes, then when you add a comment to a code review or edit review's description, you can use these tags described by me to get monospaced text formatting. In case I'm wrong, please clarify where you would like to set such font.
