cannot create a review from jira

Hi, i 've setup jira cloud version and a onprem crucible fisheye. 

I managed to make a connection between the two systems. Both occurs as (green) conencted.

But i can't find any tab "development" or "source" in my issues in jira, fromwhere i should create a review.

(no fisheye apps found in jira)

any idea what i miss here ?

I suspect you refer to the old functionality, which has been superseded by the development panel in Jira. Open the issue details page. You will see the "Development" panel on the right. Click on the "(nn) Commits" link or "(nn) Branches" link. In these dialogs dialogs you will have "Create a review for all commits" and "Create a review", respectively.
