I have installed the Crucible/Fisheye evaluation zip onto a Linux host.  The first time I opened the browser to the URL http://localhost:8060 I was able to see a screen with entry boxes to enter a license key plus other options.  Now, when I attempt to open the URL I get a blank page.  I am looking for suggestions of what may have occurred to cause this issue.  Here is additional information about my setup:

OS: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS

CPU: Intel Core i7-7800X @ 3.50GHz

Memory: 64GB Total w/ 46GB Available

Crucible user home directory: /home/crucible

Crucible/Fisheye install directory: /usr/local/crucible-4.7.1/fecru-4.7.1

JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-openjdk-amd64

FISHEYE_INST=/usr/local/crucible-4.7.1/fecru-4.7.1

# ls $FISHEYE_INST

Looks like you forget to finalize installation.

Please, checkout logs in the next directory /home/crucible
