Hello,
I created 5 users and corresponding passwords. But now the users are not able to login and although the passwords are correct. And not even able to reset the password.
Crucible is a difficult tool to use
Hello Shailaja
I believe that you are exceeding the allowed number of users to access Crucible. According to the Restrictions on FishEye Starter Licenses, Fisheye does not allow more that 5/users and 5 repos for Starter Licenses.
Therefore, I recommend you to access Fisheye with an administrator account and restrict users/repositories according to permitted with Started License. Accessing Fisheye with an administrator account, you also be able to reset the user's password.
The administrator account is created during the setup wizard. You have defined the password during that step. You can reach the Administration screen by clicking on the Administration link at the bottom of the FishEye page or typing https://hostname:port/admin/|https://hostnameport/ on the URL.
If you don't remember the administrator password account, you follow the How to reset the Administration Page password in FishEye or Crucible KB to reset the Admin account password.
Cheers
Rodrigo
