Hi There,
we are on the on-demand service (hosted by you guys) and we have 2 projects, each with their own separate SVN repository.
We have hired a new staff member who was initially assigned to one project (she has been checking in code from the time of her hire).
She has been moved onto the other project, and we have set the necessary permissions for her to see that project, and she is able to view code through her browser.
HOWEVER, when she attempts to "svn checkout" from her command-line, she gets a "forbidden" message (see below):
svn checkout https://nthgen.atlassian.net/svn/TREVAPP/trunk TREVAPP --username heleny
svn: access to 'https://nthgen.atlassian.net/svn/TREVAPP/trunk' forbidden
This could be due to a bug in Subversion, where users without read-only access to the root of the repository run into errors when operating on code that they do have explicit access to.
We have a bug filed about this at https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-1557
That's it - I thought that might be it b/c I was comparing our new project with the other one (where everything seemed to be working).
Thanks!

For this sort of trouble I would suggest submitting a support ticket to get immediate visibility from atlassian.
