Server error when viewing large file after adjust text file size limitation

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have faced following problem when trying to view large file. FYI, I have tried to adjust the text file size limitation and restart/re-index the repository and when it comes to reloading the file in one of my review; an error like below pop up.
Thus, is there any configuration that is essential that I possibly miss out?
