Same file repeated mutiple times

I have set up Fisheye to index all our source code only from the latest revision. When I search the code and go to the "Content" results the same file appears 4 times.

I have tweaked the parameters under "Include/Exclude Paths" several times and started the reindexing.

How do i get rid of the duplicates?

Hi, here is a screenshot of 4 repeated files in a search result.

I'm still evaluating the product and this is kind of annoying.

1 week before the evaluation period ends. I'd like to present the tool for my colleagues without the doublets. Any suggestions?
