Hello,

I recently installed the latest version of Fisheye (2.8.1) and am running into an issue with the initial indexing of our (large) repository.

While the index is running, Fisheye sets up a (very!) large number of SVN connections (or really, it starts with about 10 but then keeps increasing with 10 about every 2 seconds). I started the index around 10 minutes ago, the SVN server currently shows it has 1350 open connections, growing steadily.

Is this behaviour to be expected and if yes: how can i limit the number of open connections?

Regards,

Bob

Hi Bob,

As we discussed previously at support ticket changing from SVNKit to Native Subversion Client helped you solve your issue. So I'm posting the answer here in order to share this with other users.

To change to Native Subversion Client:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Native+Subversion+Client

Cheers,

Leonardo.

I'm having the same issues. I followed the instructions for configuring the native svn client, and now I get the following stack trace:
