Please note that there is no native way of making Crucible reviews show up in Bitbucket Pull Requests.
As it looks like you're facing an error message somewhere inside Bitbucket Server when you try to view information from Crucible side, it likely means this functionality is being provided to you by a third-party app. Do you have any third-party app installed in Bitbucket Server side that reads information from your Crucible instance?
