Need to remove Entity Mappings in Jira

Daniel Scott May 14, 2019

Using JIRA v5.1.1 and Fisheye 2.8.0

Once I get this working, I will be upgrading to the latest versions for JIRA and Fisheye.

Getting an error in Jira, when clicking the Source tab, because the port of Fisheye in the new environment is not the same.

In JIRA admin > Fisheye configuration
I have 2 Fisheye/Crucible Entity Mappings entries
Was going to upload an attachment, but I do not see the option at this URL:
https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/18/FSH-22415

First entry is Port 8045 comes from the old environment.
And the second entry is Port 9080. Cannot use port 8045 on the new system.

In JIRA admin > Fisheye configuration, I do not see the option to delete the Fisheye/Crucible server for port 8045.
Or the option to change the port from 8045 to 9080.

Will paste a print screen of the entity mappings in JIRA once I get the ticket number.

Regards,
Daniel E Scott.

To delete a Fisheye/Crucible Entity Mappings entry in JIRA, go to:

JIRA > Admin > Fisheye Configuration > Configure Application Links > Under the Actions column select the appropriate record, and select Delete.
