My branch code review pulled in change sets from multiple branches, that have the same name

So I recently created a branch review, and everything was working fine. A colleague of mine created another branch, with the same name, and any commits she makes to that branch are automatically being added to my code review.

We use SVN as our SCM system, and our repos are structured such that there are many projects, each with its own trunk, branches and tags. The two branches in question are found in the same repository, but on different projects.

Is there any way to separate this into two distinct reviews? Is this an issue resolving the same branch names, in the same repo? Maybe something else?
