My Apache 2 error logs get 16 Gt file size in a one day based to SVN. Can Atlassian Fisheye/Crucible causes this all?

Yes some how Atlassian Fisheye/Crucible causes to high load Apache 2 error logs because I deleted whole project folder from SVN and now there is lot of file not found errors.
