We are seeing if we could use Crucible for code review. Our git repositories are hosted in bit buckets on our issue tracker is on Jira cloud. When I attempt to connect crucible to my jira cloud account I get the error

I am not sure whether what I am doing is appropriate or whether this is not possible. Please advice.
Crucible can be connected with a Jira Cloud instance. Are you sure that Jira is a Cloud instance and not self-hosted by your company?
Have you been able to set up an Application link?
If not, did you already check if the requirements are met? You can find them listed on the Link to server apps from Cloud page.
Please also consider the Restricted functions in Jira Cloud applications. In particular, Jira cloud cannot be used for user management.
