Issue : Upgrading existing licensed cruicble server with additonal Fish eye license

Hi ,

We have 25 users Crucible license and recently purchased 5 user Fisheye license.

Since we have already configured 23 Users Crucible and when we tried add license for Fisheye we get warning message that

"You have exceeded the maximum number of users for Fisheye. Details."

Since i added i get accesstype as Fisheye & cruicible , i dont have seperate AccessType for Cruicble so i can not add separate access type for Crucible and Fish eye and hence i am unable to use fisheye license along with cruicible.

Kindly help in solving this issue?

Hello, 

According to FishEye FAQ:

"If using Crucible along with Fisheye (in all cases), your Fisheye license must have an equal or greater number of users in order to be compatible with Crucible."

I would recommend you remove the license or purchase a larger fisheye license.

Hi Ben,

Appreciate your response. But below is my current scenario so please advice

I first purchased 25 users Crucible license and started using it. Later I found that FishEye was not part of the Crucible, So I have now purchased 5 FishEye license for reporting capability. 

Now it is not possible to re-purchase the Crucible/FishEye again as we already have these licenses. Please suggest how we can combine these and use it.

Is there a way to revise the license so that we can use both Crucible and FishEye together without a new purchase.

Please advise.
