Is there a way to get GCC Warnings output to show up in the Crucible code reviews?

It would be nice to take the output of tools that provide a line number and a file name and have that info to show up in the review. For example tools like GCC Warnings, Flawfinder, or CPPcheck.

Yes.   You can create a plugin that installs into crucible to do this.   

Look for GutterRenderer, for example.
