I'm looking for an answer here too. I can do this via EyeQL, but need a way to have a generic URL clickable from our build sytem/emails that shows only changes made between revision X and Y.

I've tried:

http://fisheye.int/changelog/~revision=41841,41843/src/path/trunk

http://fisheye.int/changelog/~r=41841,41843/src/path/trunk

http://fisheye.int/changelog/~rev=41841,41843/src/path/trunk

http://fisheye.int/changelog/src/path/trunk?showid=41841,41834

No luck with any of these
