How to hide deleted folders in FishEye?

In FishEye, I am able to show/hide deleted files, but deleted folders still show greyed-out.

I found the answer. Deleted folders/directories are empty. In FishEye, directory tree pane, click on the top-right "gear" icon and select "Hide empty directories".
