How many Fisheye license should we buy?

Hi! Have a difficulties to understand how many Fisheye license should we buy for our company if we have 10 000 users in Jira but less than 2 000 users in Fisheye?

we have 2000 jira/confluence and 100 fisheye/crucible.

if you are using crowd/jira as centralized user management, you just need setup the "Access Type" under global permission to indicate which group/user will have license count.

JIRA and FishEye are licensed completely separately so you can have different tiers of licenses for each product. 

We would suggest buying 501-2000 Users tier. :)

Should we make a FishEye directory for users in AD? And if we have a FishEye plugin in Jira to watch commits will it still works for users that have no license in FishEye?
