How do I switch languages instead in Crucible

Hi @hebiao,

if there are no settings for the preferred language in your user profile, the language preference in most likely taken from your browser preferences.

If you are using Chrome, try adding the language you prefer to the list of available languages. If it is already added, drag it above others. Then reload the page.

where can I set the preferred language? where is the user profile?

@hebiao,

you can access your user profile settings in Fisheye/Crucible in the top right corner where you profile picture is.

As for Chrome language settings, they are located in Preferences → Advanced → click on Language → add and drag the preferred language above others.
