Hi Michael,

Unfortunately this functionality is not currently implemented in Crucible, but you have other options.

By clicking in the Prefs dropdown while diffing a file, you can choose to list the source comments in three different ways:

  • Inline: show them where they were added
  • Above: show all comments at the top, before the source code
  • Hidden: hide all comments

I would recommend creating a new issue in our development issue tracker for this functionality to ensure our development team is aware of your request:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC

For more information on how Atlassian implements new features and improvements please see the following document:

http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DEV/Implementation+of+New+Features+Policy

My apologies that I don't have a solution for you at this time.

Actually, it is possible to collapse comment threads in crucible - click near the top of the comment (the cursor should change shape when you mouse over the area that is clickable to collapse the thread).
