How can I add a custom Field in Crucible Review Request

I want Add a custom field in review request, and filter with that when creating report.

Would you please suggest anything about this?

It looks like you may be interested in the following open feature request:

At the moment though, it is not possible to add any custom fields to a Crucible review.

Did you have any specific field in mind?

We are wanting to add a field that must be filled out before the review is closed that requires the team to perform an analysis of the defects identified during the review (e.g. trending defects, defects that trace to poorly written requirements, etc.).
