Fisheye license count issue (would like to make the count the same as we see in Crucible)

In our company the same users use fisheye and crucible, both running off of the same installation. We use our separate, standalone JIRA installation as our CROWD server for SSO.

Crucible counts users based off of which users are checked off as active Crucible users. Fisheye seems to count users based off of the number of active JIRA users. How do we fix this so that we aren't adding more to our Fisheye license count than actually use Fisheye?

Thanks!

Default it will use jira-users, but you can change it to (for example: jira-developers).

FishEye -> Administration (in the footer) -> Authentication -> Authenticate against: a JIRA instance -> Next -> Select a different Available Group (as said for example jira-developers)
