Fisheye Crucible API through .NET c#

Hello Experts,

I am looking for help for writing a tool to access Fisheye / Crucible features through .NET/c#

However due to limited web/REST background have been moving around in cricle.

While it would take me some time to learn using REST API's using.NET/C#,

I was searching for an alternative faster way and found http://restclient.codeplex.com/

but for fisheye.wadl it throws an exception. (I saved fisheye.wadl on my local drive)

Any suggestions on how can it be fixed ? Also would appreciate if I am redirected to C
