Error testing connection

Hello,

 

When testing connection from fisheye to svn I get the following errors:

Unable to get info for the repository root for 
svn: E200015: authentication cancelled
at org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException.fromException(ClientException.java:117)
at org.tmatesoft.svn.core.javahl17.SVNClientImpl.getClientException(SVNClientImpl.java:1535)
at org.tmatesoft.svn.core.javahl17.SVNClientImpl.info(SVNClientImpl.java:1734)
at org.tmatesoft.svn.core.javahl17.SVNClientImpl.info2(SVNClientImpl.java:1710)
at org.apache.subversion.javahl.SVNClient.info2(SVNClient.java:307)

Hi @Intertrust IT Admin,

Let's start by checking the details on the SVN login fails page. It is very likely that this problem is caused by multiple repositories using different credentials.

 

If that's the case, this can be resolved by performing the following configuration change from the SVN Authentication Issues article:

we recommend that you simply include the username in the URL when defining the repository in FishEye. For example, use http://username@host.com.
