Defect classification not appearing

HI

ON crucible, i added a new defect classification but the new entry appears for new review but not for old reviews. i.e. if i open an existing review and try to add a defect i cannot see my new entry.

What can be the cause?

Hi Rahul,

Currently in Crucible new Defect Classifications can't be added to existing reviews, we have an open Improvement Request for this which can be found here;
